Zach is transported to the heroes' location, where he promptly demonstrates a new training method. The battle with Mecha Sonic continues as Dark Corey attacks. The Mechas and the heroes battle over the four recovered Chaos Emeralds. The heroes split up into two teams and start tracking down the seven Chaos Emeralds. Utonium and Eggman are revealed to have teamed up with each other to attempt to kill the heroes and take over the world. The Chaos Emeralds are finally retrieved, and it is the Eds' turn to begin the final round against Perfect Chaos, who is weakened but still capable of destroying the Earth. Six of the re-scattered Emeralds have also been gathered. During this episode, all of Chaos's forms are revealed, and Corey and Drew show off the Chaos transformation.

Untonium sends his last Android to beat the Eds. takes on Jonny and Plank now, but they are still alive (maybe not Plank). Then the Saiyans have to beat Androids #12, #13, and #14. Soon more androids are sent to confront the Eds. Professor Untonium convinces the Mayor that the young Saiyans are the bad guys. The Saiyans charge into battle, and after Ed destroys all the Prototypes on his own, Corey and Drew begin to lose their fights. Kevin sends out his final squad, and one of the prototypes hits Sarah, knocking her out. Kevin sends Non-Prototypes this time to eradicate the young Saiyans. These Androids are able to absorb energy. Kevin sends more Androids to beat the Eds. The Eds learn the Kamehameha and Special Beam Cannon from Corey and Drew and the heroes learn the Kaio-ken from Goku. Later they are attacked by android prototypes sent to eradicate them.
